ON DEMAND ONLINE COURSES – All Materials are delivered immediately and are yours, for life. If the course has an interactive live round, you will be offered to upgrade, for the difference in cost.

INTERACTIVE LIVE ONLINE ROUNDS – Provide the same as On Demand plus a number of interactive live Zoom classes, membership to a private community, where you can ask questions, access to extra content, recipes, resources and all the live content, which will be recorded to watch when it suits you.  You can also return and take part in any future live rounds of the same course, free of charge.

IN PERSON CLASSES –
Are held in cooking schools and regional venues or in private classes where, Holly comes to your kitchen or workplace. Classes may be hands on or demonstration style. Classes offered by independent operators, are booked through them and are subject to their policies, please check those before booking. Contact Holly, to discuss her tailoring a class, to suit you and your team.

All Holly’s classes are informed by the wisdom, traditions and principles of societies diets, prior to industrialisation and her background, as a longtime wholefood chef.
